SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY

PICKUP

As we are a home-based business, ALL pickup orders are automatically mandated for curbside pickup. For safety and precautions, we DO NOT permit pickups at our door!

ALL PICKUP orders require a 72 hour lead (processing) time. Pickup orders CAN NOT be scheduled for pickup the same day or next day of the date the order was placed.

ALL BAKED GOODS ARE FRESHLY BAKED TO ORDER!
Meaning, they are baked fresh on the day of scheduled pickup or shipping. In cases of large volumes of orders, cookies will be baked the night before.

Lead times allow us, at J’adore Sweets, to prep, prepare, and purchase any items and ingredients needed for your order and/or packaging.

Pickup orders CAN NOT be picked up on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays due to our schedule/business hours.

Pickup hours are from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on our listed operating days.
10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays.

. Once you place your order, typical lead time is 72 hours for pickup. 
In cases of large volume of orders, your order may be baked the previous night before they are picked up/shipped!
