REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final!
We, at J’adore Sweets, take dignity and pride in upholding the standards of exceptional quality control when it comes to our baked goods. We go above and beyond for the care and conditions of our packaging to ensure your sweets are protected, fresh, and safe.

Although we are not held liable and in control of any problems that may arise while your packages are in the hands of USPS, there are a series of unfortunate circumstances in which we will determine whether a full refund, percentage off, or a FREE replacement box will be offered:

  • In the event of any quality concerns or mistakes made on our behalf at J’adore Sweets, you will be offered a choice between a free replacement box or a 50% discount off your next purchase.

 

  • In the event of your package being lost or stolen while in the hands of any third-party- not due to your personal negligence (proof will have to be verified) you will be offered a choice between a free replacement box or a full refund.

 

  • For all other minor issues and concerns (proof and details will need to be provided to us) you will receive percentage off your next purchase. Percentage will depend on the severity of your issue.
